The Warrenton-Hammond School District is seeking a Principal for the 9th-12th grades Warrenton High School (WHS) which serves about 290 students on the north Coast of Oregon. Our district serves 1,000 students from the Warrenton, Hammond, and nearby coastal communities.

-  Effectively collaborate with all shareholders including students, parents, staff, and colleagues. 

 

Applicant must have a valid administrator's license through Teachers Standards and Practices (TSPC) or obtain a valid administrator's license by contract start date. Must have a Master's degree (M.A.) or equivalent and at least three years of successful teaching and leadership experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably at the high school level.

 

The salary range is $112,249 – $142,234 and is paid in 12 equal monthly installments. 220-day contract including 10 paid holidays. Position receives full benefit package – medical, dental, vision, life insurance – and also five paid flex days and two paid personal days. The district also pays for mileage, conference fees, and dues to COSA, OASSA, NASSP, and ASCD.
