Warrenton Grade School is seeking a Special Education Teacher with a behavior focus. This position provides support to K-4 students in a behavior support classroom setting. Instructs students, maintains student discipline and is responsible for student academic achievement.
Applicant must have an Oregon Teaching License or obtain an Oregon Teaching License by start date. Must have required endorsements and be highly qualified under the reauthorized ESEA. Master’s degree strongly preferred. Preference may be given for prior successful experience teaching, an ESOL endorsement and/or training in sheltered instruction. Candidates with training and experience in behavior management strongly preferred.
